01What price terms do you offer?+
We can quote FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Available terms depend on the product, order size and destination, and will be confirmed clearly in our quotation.
02Can you ship directly to our warehouse or shops?+
Yes. For eligible products and regions, we can arrange door-to-door delivery by courier or freight service. Please send the complete delivery address so we can confirm coverage and cost.
03What is the minimum order quantity?+
MOQ depends on the product, production requirement and available stock. For selected in-stock items, we may be able to supply as little as one piece.
04How long does it take to receive an order?+
Made-to-order products normally require approximately 30–35 days for production, followed by about 15–30 days for sea freight to the destination port. In-stock products can be delivered much faster. The confirmed schedule will be stated in the quotation.
05What quality guarantee do you provide?+
Every product is inspected before dispatch. We provide a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the products we sell, subject to correct application, installation and our warranty terms.
06Can TRUPA act as our sourcing agent in China?+
Yes. We can support vendor evaluation, supplier coordination and order follow-up on a commission basis. The sourcing scope, responsibilities and service fee are agreed before the project begins.
