PRODUCT OVERVIEW
ABOUT THIS OIL COOLER.
The TRUPA Hitachi Construction Oil Cooler is an aftermarket replacement oil cooler referenced to OE number 4648857. It is listed for ZX330-3G. TRUPA supplies it to importers, distributors, wholesalers and private-label programs, with China export supply and partner-warehouse support in the USA and Brazil for eligible orders.
01WHAT IT DOES
An engine oil cooler transfers heat from the lubricating oil into the engine coolant, keeping oil viscosity and film strength within limits under heavy load. On most heavy-duty diesels it is a stacked-plate or tube-bundle core mounted on the block, with oil and coolant passing through separate sealed channels.

06QUALITY CHECKS
Replacement cores should be pressure- and leak-tested on both the oil and coolant sides, with brazed joints and flange flatness checked so the unit seals first time. How TRUPA approaches quality control.
